The MPCA LifeTime Membership is for households who live within the borders of Mount Pleasant.
To qualify, Mount Pleasant Resident(s) must also be:
1) 65 years old or older,
2) have had 10 years of consecutive MPCA membership and
3) all members covered under the LifeTime Membership must reside at the same address.
PLEASE NOTE: A LifeTime Membership is free, however, proof is needed to check residency and duration. To apply, please fill out this form, https://forms.gle/PaThQVo4yrVpGd2X6 , which will be sent to the MPCA Hall Manager where your membership will be verified and manually entered. Please note our Hall Manager only works two days a week. Thank you.
