Soccer Registration 2022
Mount Pleasant
01-02-2022 07:00 – 17-05-2022 23:59
The Soccer Program in Mount Pleasant is recreational, and intended to help kids build a love of soccer, stay active, and have fun in the community!  MPCA has partnered with New Frontier Soccer (New Frontier) for the 2022 soccer season to support players from U4-U10. New Frontier offers an inclusive approach to introducing young players to the sport that focuses on fun and player development. The New Frontier program will be taught by MPCA volunteer coaches with the support of New Frontier. U4-U10 players will focus on learning new skills appropriate for their ages, enjoying smaller sided games, playing with their friends, and growing their love of the sport.  MPCA players in U11-15 will benefit from a partnership with Higher Level Sports Academy to continue their skill development in teams and through organized games. U11-15 players will be supported by MPCA volunteers coaches who will receive coaching training from Higher Level Sports Academy. Players and coaches will also benefit from three technical training sessions and a pre-season camp held by Higher Level Sports Academy.  Volunteer Requirement Each family* registered in MPCA soccer is required to either: 1) donate their time, or 2) provide a $100 monetary donation. If you wish to donate your time, please select a volunteer task in the drop down menu below and someone from the MPCA Board will be in touch with you. The volunteer options are not exclusive to the soccer program and you may fulfill your volunteer commitment at any time in 2022.   If you wish to provide a monetary donation, please add your donation in your cart below as you check out.  In order to register your child/ren, you must select one of those two options or your registration will not be considered complete.  *Please note that if you wish to register more than one child, you only need to volunteer once. The volunteer requirement is per family, not per child.  Friend Request There will be no friend requests accepted this year.  Withdrawals Players who withdraw their registration by 31 March 2022 will receive a full refund. Players who withdraw their registration after that date will not be issued a refund.
